Jaylan Solutions cooperates with lawful court orders as required by Kenyan law.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions are billed via Google Play

• Pricing is clearly displayed before purchase

• Refunds are governed by Google Play policies

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Jaylan Solutions is not liable for:

• User misuse of the service

• Indirect or consequential damages

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
